SparkPeople has made a huge difference in my life! With SP, the trackers made the difference! I need accountability and not meetings. Thank you SP!!

OOPS-when the websites upgraded, my numbers got messed up. I actually started my journey 6 months before joining SP. I'd lost 10 pounds, starting at 175. The ticker shows my weight at start, but other places it shows me as starting at 150 something... Anyway, the truth is freeing!! SP makes the difference!

    Driving time depends on traffic, between here and St. Joe. An hour and a half to two hours, back in the days when I drove faster! Down highway 2, and across the bridge to I-29, then south from there.

    I used to pile up the miles between Lincoln, NE and Topeka, KS, many, many years ago, when my son's father and I were dating. We didn't even live in the same town until we married. So yeah, lots of miles on the road.
