Staying Healthy
I've been a member of Spark People since July 14, 2011 and lost 51 pounds by March 2012. I've maintained my 50 pound loss for 2 years and plan to keep it off for good. I've gotten used to maintenance mode but continue to track my food and fitness daily to keep me focused. Exercise has become a normal part of my life and I'm feeling much more energetic.

Aim for 60 minutes of exercise 6-7 days a week.
Walk 10,000 steps and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Track my nutrition and fitness on the trackers daily.
My Program:
Walking, curling, Pilates, dragon boating and circuit training are my current exercises of choice.
