Introduction Text I am 32yrs old, mother of one 10yr old boy. Need support to lose weight please! I have one arm since birth, learning disabilities, and ADHD diagonosed recently by my pychiatrist and Bipolar1 and Skizo-affective disorder. I also have problemss with everyday routine stuff that most people take for granted because I have one arm and because of my learning disabilities. It may not seem like I have it that hard in life but I do, I just don't go around talking about it to everybody. Anybody who is interestested in knowing, just ask!!! I've never been married or even asked, so any single guys out there : )I must elimate my enemy meaning anything that stops me from being happy or sane!!!! If you can't stand the way this place is take yourself to higher places!!

I started a new membership at my local gym in December I believe so now I have a whole year to workout and lose weight and hopefully I will succeed this time!!

I am working out at the gym reguraly now 3 days a week. I can only do the treadmill and bycycling for now, hope to kickbox soon.
