Slow but steady


I am into weight loss for the long haul and total life change, and oh, so, slowly getting fitter. It is all a struggle, but in the end, i know it will be so worth it all. I have lost a total of 78 pounds, and still have 90 lb. to go to reach my target weight of 140 lb. It is so difficult to stay motivated and i need all the support that i can get. i started off at 308 lb, now am down to 230 lb, and working towards my goal of 140 lb.I am struggling big time with the plateau that I am at.     Thank you for adding me as a friend. Last night I had a wonderful dream in which I was thin! I kept turning this way and that trying to see the rest of myself in the mirror but there was so more to me: I was thin! That dream has really encouraged me! So far I have lost 13 pounds. One hundred and thirty eight pounds to go! Sounds impossible but your success encourages me!
