Diagnosed with PCOS in November of 2005. Its horrible. Takes all my energy leaving me worn down. Trying to deal with the symptoms and the mental stress of caring for my grandma.

My Goals:
1. To stay active
- yoga and exercise at home everyday
- gym
- keep up with house work / find something to do
- try to make it outside for yard work 3 times a week
2. Decrease sugar by A LOT
- slowly decrease sugar in coffee
- try not adding sugar to things, go for honey
- NO POP
3. Kill the Carbs
- reduce white food (potato, bread, rice)
- eat more above ground vegetables
- stop with all the pastries!!!
4. 200 pounds by Feb 2019
5. To actually start !
My Program:
-- Eat clean
-- Very little carbs
-- 80/20 Above ground veggies to below ground veggies
-- Drink only water with 6oz. of juice here and there
-- 10 minutes exercise at home
-- Yoga everyday
-- Gym (aim for every night) for 90 mins to 2 hours (my therapy)

My Goals:
