I realized I can not cut out stuff I really like. One of my friends suggested to make a list of food I prefer. And work with it. (she has some major reactions to grains and has to cut all sorts of bread, pasta, etc. out of her daily food)

Thank you for your support about my weigh in ideas - I was determined not to get upset either way and your 'like' helped a lot. I also got the tape measure out and found I have lost inches so I was smiling when I arrived at my SW club. I was even happier when the scales registered 2lb loss.

On Tuesday at my weigh in I was so disappointed that I'd put on 0.5lbs and didn't know why, I could have cried, my face was so sad. However I know well enough to pick myself up and get on with it!
