My Goals:
To lose weight and feel great about my body.

My Program:
Well... my program for now is a strict diet consisting of Oatmeal or Eggs for breakfast and Chicken, Rice and Broccoli for my three remaining meals.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Las Vegas, but hope to be moving back to the Bay Area within a couple of years.

Other Information:
I have wanted to lose weight for a a few years now, but it was the fact that I will be going to Hawaii soon that has actually motivated to shed my outer person.
