"Once in a blue moon we find a gem!" SO glad I happened upon Sparkpeople!

With age and less activity, my weight has gone up and I know I must get it down to help my joints feel better and to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol. I do fine with tracking and moderation during the daytime, but compulsive eating habits often haunt my evenings.Still working on it!

Since I joined Sparkpeople, I have improved my attitude about diet and exercise, due especially to the wisdom and motivation of the wonderful Spark teams I was lucky to find AND to the Sparky individuals who keep me growing strong.

~Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day. (Author unknown.)

Thanks for commenting on my page and clarifying your answer for your go-to meal. I thought I had missed something there, otherwise I was interested in how that worked for you.
...A little cup of cheesecake flavored yogurt with a drizzle of chocolate every day. My imagination ran wild.

The fruit and yogurt will be something I will try when my blackberries/blueberries produce this year. That sounds good. When I first read that, I thought you said you pour yogurt over cereal to eat it. That intrigues me as well, even though that's not what you said.

    Have a fulfilling day!

Yogurt and chocolate is your go-to you eat them together, or one or the other sates your hunger at any given time...I'm trying to figure this one out. I've never been much of a yogurt person. Or sweets for that matter. I do have dark chocolate every now and then, maybe once or twice a week.
Thanks for commenting on my blog.

The God Box for Sue was God's idea, not mine. But I appreciate that He worked through me and I appreciate your kind words. Thank you

Each new day is a blank page in the diary of your life.
The secret of success is in turning that diary
into the best story you possibly can.
