My Goals:
I'm out of the 300 pound range. My small goal is to get down to 256. After that, I want to get down to 245. My big goal is to get down to 125 & stay there.

My Program:
 Have been walking to lose weight plus using the wii & the wii fit to lose weight.

Other Information:
 I like mystery books & I love music but not classical or jazz. I love movies horror & comedies. My favorite show is Grey's Anatomy.

    Maybe if you was on more teams it will help , just please do not beat yourself up so . It will only make you feel worse rather then better , you need to look at where you are now and how far you have came on this journey .Then make changes if needed because I know that emoticon It is a tuff journey , and one we can not walk or do alone , one of the tuffest hardest things will ever do so :
