    Love that you joined our Vegan Fitness and Nutrition Team. There's lots of nice people here and plenty of good information posted over the years. Please join in or start conversations whenever you want. That's what keeps the team interesting. I've been a little quiet of late (busy, busy, busy) but I love this team. Oh, one of my favorite resources ever is: nutritionfacts.org for excellent info, short videos, blogs, and annual videos that are an hour-long and so worth listening to. Everything there's FREE. I post things from the site now and then. Team old timers sometimes tease me about it ... 'again?'

    Lots of great articles here and a supportive community. There is a good team for vegetarians and vegans. Are you following a plant based diet now? If not, you might want to start making small changes; like going meatless on Monday and starting to minimize meat in your diet and adding in more veggies.
