it has been a long time that i didnt update on my spark page . After i graduated fromuniversity . i was looking for a job and at that time i was already slim down . now i'm currently working as program administrator which a job fucntion everyday i deal with problem from customer and pressure ,when i feel really down I dont even to take care about food i eat daily and come back to eat bread ( especailly white one which easily to find at office ) when my mood down i ll go for chocolate and some sweet and cake for the dinner i always leave my office late so my dinner time is pretty late . urrrgh ~~within 5 months my weight gained back to 58 kgs . it's bad not just the weight gained back ..i noticed my belly get loose like i just give birth .i was looking for shortcut way to be thin --carboxy . well, it didnt help much actually i come up here which strongly goal to reach my old weight 52 by 4 months i made commiment to my self i will think every time before i feed myself ..i dont wanna go for bad stuff anymore and will loged on to SPP as diet tool and sharing community to make me reach diet goal fast also high motivated me . i'm much more confidence with myself rather to diet alone

My Goals:
my 2007 goal

1.lose my belly
2.good health reach 48 kgs
3. GET firm , no shy when wearing BIKINI
4.quit smoking

2008 goal
1 ) no bread especailly white or any bake stuff cookies cake brownies
2 ) for dinner i will go for just soya milk with no sugaqr added
3 ) for luch time with traditional thai food always add coconut milk so i 'd go for just chinese soup with pork or chicken
4) if i feel hungry during ay i 'd go peanut
5 ) always sugar substitue
6) quit smoking n alcohol


My Program:
i ll skipping everyday 200 / times in the morning

try to walk as much as i can at office

Reduce carb consum plus sugar


i'd prepare for apple as a appertize when my really need sweet ( replace cookies and bread )

dont eat anything after 6 pm--if really hungry would go for soy mik



Personal Information:
I'm single now --i need to lost weight as much as i can --i dont wanna stay single too long lol

Think Positive and hand on it

make gym as a culture !
