Welcome to my Sparkpage !! I'm glad to have you stop by. Please leave a comment, because I can use all the inspiration that I can get.

Hello, my name is Rebecca and I'm a yo-yo dieter. Yes, whether you're losing and gaining 100 pounds or just 15 pounds you can be a yo-yo dieter. When you live a healthy lifestyle, then just stop and go back to your old ways, you're a yo-yoer. That's me, and it's got to stop.

I know how to do this, I've done it before. I've just got to stick with it and stop letting other things take priority.


I want to set my mind on being healthy for reasons other than the number on the scale or the size of my jeans. I will eat healthy to make my body feel better. I will exercise to keep my body strong.

Basically, I want to be the healthiest that I can be. I want to be physically ready for whatever life throws at me.

Join me on my journey, and make the most of your own journey. Together we can change our lifestyles for the better.

My Goals:
Lose pounds (again), tone my body and build muscle.

Control stress

Avoid medical issues associated with poor choices


My Program:
1) Making healthy food choices.

2) Drinking at least 4 glasses of water a day.

3) Exercise at least 10 minutes every day

4) Using the food and exercise trackers.






Personal Information:
I was born in Tennessee but currently live in Pennsylvania.
I'm a vols fan, no matter how poorly we play football.


Other Information:
Married 26 years, 3 school age children ( two are in college), 1dog.

Full time mom, full time night shift NICU nurse.

Lover of all things Christmas - all year round

    Are you doing the BLC this time round? What time are you on? How do you like it? If you're looking for a weight loss challenge that's a little less intense, I would like to invite you to join me on the Biggest Loser Winter Challenge.

    BL Challenge is a 10 week challenge, run 4 times a year (spring, summer, fall and winter), made up of 11 teams with 24 active members on each.
