    Thanks for the motivation. I am only 10lbs off my lowest weight since I began my journey. My goal now is to work on this jelly belly that I have. Mixing cardio with some ab work. Hoping to drop more lbs in the process too. I forgot how helpful Sparkpeople.com really is. emoticon

    Nick slow and steady is a good way to go! I started Spark last January and am down about 55 lbs (I have about 25 more to go) . I shoot for about a 1-2 lbs a week, as I know for me I can realistically achieve this without drastically altering my diet, or needing to exercise all day long (I don't have that kind of free time any more). I think the key to success is finding something you can stick with that is realistic. Also finding friends that push you and hold you accountable helps as well. Anyway good luck and thanks for the add. emoticon
