    Thanks for stopping by my food blog!!! Don; worry about all the questions...I love helping others when I can!

    I kind of use hunger as a cue. I really have no schedule per say. I usually eat breakfast btwn 8-9. My coffee comes in somewhere btwn 9 and 10 with a snack occasionally then or a little later at 11. Lunch is usually between 1 and 2, with an occasional snack at 3-4. Dinner ranges from 5 to 7. Sometimes I have dessert if I have the points, but otherwise, dinner is it.

    I find my coffee in the AM to be quite filling....the heat makes me feel full and satisfied! It really helps out!

    Ahh...I see you're not using your nutrition trackers. It's easier for me if I use those, even if it shows how much I go over because it shows me where I'm falling short. It also helps keep me accountable. So try using those and maybe you'll be more inspired to follow your eating plan.

    Girl.....So have I! Take a look at my shared trackers and see what I've been throwing down. It's been awful. I was on track for one day out of a couple weeks and then just screwed it up again! It's hard but back to the drawing board!!
