Introduction Text Today I find myself sick and tired of being chubby me - AGAIN. Even with going to the gym three days a week, logging all my food intake, walking briskly every day I keep up the yo-yo weight loss-gain. Not sure what I am going to do about this but I know I need to acknowledge the issue, label it a problem, and take some positive action.

Continue to learn how to live healthy and have a healthy weight for the rest of my life. Continue to get my cholesterol numbers down by continued exercise and diet.

Walk every day. My eating habits minimize the amount of calories, carbs, and very importantly the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol that pass through my lips. Maintain my weight and continue to reduce my cholesterol.

We have moved again and hopefully for the last time and currently live in Agnew, a rural area of the North Olympic Peninsula of WA, about 2.5 hours NW from Seattle. Currently we have two cats (Buzz and Joey) and a tri-color Sheltie, Sammy. Oh, and I have a 'significant other' with whom I have lived since 1990. We finally got married May 2016.

My motto since discovering SparkPeople and the fact that I CAN make a lifestyle change is, "Activity up - fork down".
