Introduction Text I have been a Sparkpeople member for 6 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition, fitness, and my own unhealthy patterns in this time. My key issues are emotional eating, consistency, and a lack of mindfulness. I have a long way to go, but I am learning to really love myself for me, at any size, along the way. I am beautiful and I'm worth it!

LONG-TERM NON SCALE GOALS Feel comfortable wearing clothes without SPANX Increased flexibility Healthy future pregnancy Dancing as an important form of exercise Reduced injuries Shopping in my own closet!

Track all food and stick to calorie range Exercise up to 3 days/week, and incorporate more activity into my daily life. Tackle emotional eating issues through research, introspection and blogging.
