I know I feel better when I am at a lower weight so now it is time to take off those pounds and KEEP THEM OFF!!
I can do this!!

I have a wonderful DH and 2 sweet children, 1 DS and 1 DD. My DH and I celebrated our 20th anniversary this year.

I want to get healthy to set a good example. I am the cook in the family and they'll eat whatever I fix (almost), so when I am cooking healthy, they are eating healthy.

I want my children to know that eating healthy food and exercising regularly is important to our family. I want to show them by my example because actions speak louder than words.

I have had trouble being consistent and staying motivated. I have joined a couple of great Sparkteams to get the support and accountability I need.

**Short Term Goal -26 lbs**
Starting Weight - 206
Goal Weight - 180
Lost so far - 23.2 lbs
Left to lose - 2.8 lbs

Pounds to lose: 56 lbs

1st 5% goal - 205.2 - Reward - Pedi GOAL MET!!

2nd 5% goal - 195 - Reward - Mani/Pedi GOAL MET!!!! 6/16/17

3rd 5% goal - 185 - Reward - Special date ;) GOAL MET!!! 8/7/17

4th 5% goal - 176 - Reward - Spa Day

5th %5 goal - 167 - Reward - Shopping day!

Final Goal - 160 - Reward - Girl's Night!!!

My Goals:
To make it to my goal weight and stay there. I want to be healthy and to look great for my DH. He would never say I don't, but I want to know I do. To eat more whole foods, less processed junk.
To make exercise an important part of my life even after I have lost the weight.

My Program:
1. Drink more water
2. Eat more fruits and veggies.
3. Start exercising again. Try to find something I really enjoy

1.Lose 54 lbs.
2. Make quiet times a priority.
3. Eat out less and make better choices when I do.

Personal Information:
I was born in Chicago, I'm a BEAR Fan for life!! Since then I have lived all over the US from Illinois, to Wyoming from Alabama to Texas to California and back to Texas again!! Texas is by far my favorite!! JS Though I did love California, too!

Other Information:
I love to read and love any movie based on a Jane Austen novel.

I love Hallmark movies. My daughter and I love to snuggle up and watch them.

    This is a GREAT group to be in! You will find lots of new friends, all with ideas to help and support you at different stages on your journey, so please don’t ever be afraid to ask questions or for help/support. Even if it seems like a small thing, but it is important enough to you to think about or wonder about, put it out there on the boards, someone will have the answer, or will have been there and can help you.
