I've battled with my weight since the 4th grade. My starting weight in 2006 was 280lbs.

I lost 50 pounds doing only home workout dvds and then I lost an additional 50 pounds doing BeachBody dvds.

To read my story or if you would like someone like me in your corner, cheering you on, answering your questions, and guiding you through one of the most emotional battles in life, let me be your fitness coach :

Everyone asks "How did you do it?"

Just lower calories, less sugar, less fat, and exercise! The good old fashion hard way ;)

June 2006: 280 lbs

May 1, 2007: 200 lbs

May 4th, 2009: 205 lbs :Day 1 of ChaLEAN Extreme

May 9, 2009: 196.9 lbs

May 18, 2009: 193.2, 6.5" lost after 2 weeks on ChaLEAN, 11.8 pounds lost.

June 8th, 2009: 191.6, 1 month of ChaLEAN, Loss: 13.4 lb , 8.25 inches all over, 5mm body fat, 3.5% BMI

July 7th, 2009: 182.4, 2 months of ChaLEAN, Loss: 22.6 lb , 14.25 inches all over, 6mm body fat, 9.1% BMI

October 10, 2009: Gained 15 lbs - 197lbs

October 17, 2009: 1 Week of Round 2 of ChaLEAN, lost 8 lb - 189.4lbs :-D
