I was just reading your blog about how to whittle your waist line. Have you been doing any bicycle crunches? I just know that i am very thick thru the middle too and when i started doing bicycle crunches - all of a sudden people couldn't stop telling me how skinny i looked - even though i hadn't lost any additional weight. I was doing 30 3-count crunches. Make sure you keep your feet horizontal and close to the ground. Mix it up and do one set r-e-a-l-l-y slow. then do a set at a normal pace.

thanks for the comment girl... I appreciate it. I was thinking the same thing about BFL.. that when I get down to like 170-165 I would try it again but for now just going to do what works 4486 days ago
