Introduction Text As I make this life decision change I had to ask myself why am I holding on to problems and people who are detrimental to my spirit and well being? Am I limiting myself from living a life of happiness because I am stagnant in fear. I have decided that I no longer will limit myself from living a life of happiness because of fear. I believe that God has a bigger dream for me than I have for myself. As I began to truly love and cherish my life I know that as I walk with God he will give me my soul's desire. Isn't that Awesome?? I have made a life changing decision that will require me to have not just faith but water walking faith. I have to believe in myself and the ability to complete this goal because this is about me. My choices affect others in my life but ultimately its about me and my Life Choices. So this year I CHOSE ME....... I will no longer limit myself from living a life of happiness . Goals: Reward My weight removal goal ** Mother's Day goal ~ 175 lbs. ** Memorial Day goal ~ 170 lbs. ** Father's Day goal ~ 160 lbs. My activity goal ** 40 to 60 minutes every morning on the elliptic ** 30 minutes strength training 5x week My beauty goal ** get a manicure and pedicure every 2-3 weeks ** Massage monthly My personal goal ** Listen for God to lead me in the right direction regarding my career ****Remember this is about me and that's an awesome thing. ******It's not the distance that matters but what you take from the journey. And I am taking my life to a whole new level and kicking fear in the ASS..... ************************************ Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Love the ones who don't just because you can. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Kiss slowly. Forgive quickly. God never said life would be easy. He just promised it would be worth it. I am a Phenomenal woman who has happily relocated to Florida from New York. I am married with two great teenagers. I'm a Social Worker. My line of work reminds me every day that I am blessed to be here all 197lbs of me.

I want to live to see my children be senior citizens. Its not a guarantee but getting my health in order is a great start.
