Move More, Eat Less
Increase Protein, Fruit and Vegetables
Track food and activity


My Program:
 Walk 5-7 times a week, 30 minutes or more...
Strength training 2 times a week
Track using Habatica

I live in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada and Love it!

I work for Canada Post and am a Full-time MOM of 2 wonderful boys! My hubby is my best friend, we are celebrating our 28th anniversary next August~
