    BTW, the Resource Center is the best place to find answers to a lot of questions you may have about your new healthy journey.

    Your children are adorable! I am a grandmother of two precious GRANDsons and they keep me young. So I try to stay healthy and active to keep up w/them. LOL! I also like League City, but don't get to beach as often as I'd like anymore. My daughters, GRANDsons, and I try at least once a year.

    Welcome to the Texas team. I enjoyed your page!! Your very blessed to have such a beautiful family.
    The Texas team is a great bunch of folks who are all supporting each other as we make our way to healthy goals. Getting in shape and being healthy is a life style. When your making changes in your already hectic life as a working mother you need all the support and motivation you can get.
    I understand about not wanting to take time from your kids after work, but unless we teach our children a healthy life style how will they learn? Perhaps some days you can fit in a bike ride, frizbee throw, swimming, races etc into your work out. Getting them in your program a few days a week will get them used regular exercise/a healthy life style. It makes working out fun if you pick something you like to do. Teaching them healthy eating early on can help them to be in shape and stay in shape as adults.
    The message boards for the team are fun and motivational. We hope to see you there.
