JIBBIE49 Came to celebrate those 260's and the NEVER-SEEN-AGAIN 270's going away! I got into the 170's this morning so I'm doing my HAPPY DANCE as well. I'm 60 and have a really hard time releasing pounds since I'm in menopause, but I'm doing it. Dr. Judith Beck says to think about FIVE POUNDS at a time and never more.
