2019 - DH is joining me in retirement, we've sold our house and moved to a "continuum of care" retirement community where THEY take care of the yard and the property. It's time for us to leave the daily grind behind and take time to enjoy ourselves.

Maintaining a healthy weight while aging with grace.

10K steps a day, tai chi and upper body strengthening a couple of times a week.

My life started on the Pacific Ocean coast and will end on the Atlantic Ocean coast. I've lived many places in between and across both oceans with my DH of over 40 years.

    Thanks for the hint on my blog and plea about finding a nutrition, I wouldn't even know where to look for one.

    Now I have a question for you. What does the icon(symbol) that you use mean. I was watching a movie the other night and there that symbol was, I know it has to mean something. Night and Day, Yin and Yang??????? Just curious.
