Introduction Text Before baby: I am a graduate student that has gained too much weight. Moving to a different environment has had a dramatic effect on my life. I love where I am but I need to get healthier. I know that it is good for me mentally and physically. I inspire many people and now I need some inspiring from you. I hope that having this page will motivate me to live healthier and help me make my husband's life healthier. After baby: I'm still a graduate student preparing for my defense this summer. Now I am a first time mommy along with my husband who is a first time daddy. We are in absolute love with our little girl and want her to be raised in a healthy active family. Here goes our new challenging life. That we make it one step at a time.

180 lbs by 2-28-11 170 lbs by 5-6-11 (1 lb per week) Fit into my Yellow dress by graduation 5-7-11 I will reassess my goals after graduation. Work out everyday Complete a 5k Complete a Dualathlon (bike and run) Get my PhD!!!!

I don't really have a program. Currently seeing a nutritionist and being mindful of my food intake and feelings of hunger and fullness.

I'm 33 yrs young and currently live in WA. I'm getting my PhD in Neuroscience. All my family still resides in San Antonio, TX.

I love watching all types of movies. My dog's name is Austin. I'm a Dallas Cowboy and Spurs fan.
