Introduction Text Never give up!

I am making these healthy changes so that I will feel stronger and more energetic. I want to feel confident about my appearence.

In order to meet my goals, I am tracking all of the food I eat each day. I will make sure I drink a minimum of 8 cups of water per day. I'm taking every opportunity, even if it's only fifteen minutes at a time, to get outside with Jade and get moving. I plan on toning my body by following the strength training plan set for me.

I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I am happily married and am the proud Mom of Joe and Laura.

I love spending time with my family and friends, taking long walks, gardening watching the birds at the feeders in my yard or reading a good book.
