I really need to get healthier and lose some weight in the process. I have been overweight all my life. I would love to look like I did in high school. (when I thought I was overweight...but that looks good to me now!!!) I have several medical problems that make it really hard to lose weight, but I need to just make better choices and make sure to exercise often.I would like to be able to be more physically active.

My Goals:
I'm interested in getting healthier and more physically fit.

I want to have more energy and feel stronger.


My Program:
 Nutrition tracker each day.

Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

Cardio at least 3X per week

Eat lots of fruits and veggies.
