2021 Goals/Resolutions:
My big goals are to lose 60 pounds, be able to jog a mile in ten minutes, as well as some strength goals.
Squat 200 lb 3 times in good form.
Deadlift my bodyweight 3 times in good form.
Bench press 200 lb 5 times with wide grip.
Bench press 180 lb 4 times with narrow grip.
Do 1 pull up.
Do an elbow stand for 30 seconds.
Do a bar hang for 1 minute.
Make 1 new friend.
Ask my girlfriend to be my fiancé. ...

Squat 150lbs x 5 reps in good form
Barbell curl 70lbs x 10 reps in good form
Dumbbell curl 35 lbs x 10 reps in good form
Run 8 miles in 2 hours
Complete run 5k with little effort.
Other Goals:
Move out!
Travel to Italy
Travel to Boston, Maine
Travel to Spirit Lake, Iowa
Travel to New Orleans
Travel to Grand Canyon
Travel to Yellowstone
Travel to Japan
Travel to Spain
Fix my view of food. Food should be fuel and energize you. Treats are just that, and should be eaten sparingly.

My ultimate goal is to be in a place where I am proud of myself and where I can pass my knowledge, experience, and resources off to those around me without fear of losing myself.

My typical workout:
Currently it's a warmup, 3-6 strength supersets, and 1-3 miles walking.
I also practice martial arts twice a week.

Dude hailing from southern Maryland. 30 years old. I like trying new things and accept almost any challenge I'm given.

"I will not feel deprived when I bypass junk food. I will feel empowered because I made the right choice." Remember, we do this to wake up excited, and fall asleep satisfied. Sleep Long, Get Strong, and Keep On Keepin' On! The reason I do all this is because I want to make the world a brighter and more enjoyable place. I deserve that and the world deserves that.
