My Goals:
Intital goal size -8
Complete Turbo fire and P90X
Get out of the 200s
Get a toned body.. yet keep my curves.


My Program:
 -I work out 5xs a week jogging(which i really like) yoga,dance high intensity cardio and also strength train 2xs a week
-Eat plenty of fruits+veggies and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
