    Hi, saw your post on the intro section. Went to your sparkpage to check out more info to get better idea of what may be missing. So here is my ideas: Take one day off a week. Your body may need the rest to rebuild itself. Then, I would try something completely different than what you are doing . Trampolining-i.e. Urban Rebounding, Yoga or TaChi, if you can afford to perhaps hiring a personal trainer for a short time to give you some extra ideas. I don't see a weight tickertape so I don't know how much you weigh or where you started/goal. Your eating program that you are following sounds great-but-what are you eating? I am certain you are journaling your food/exercise/weight, but are you journaling your daily thoughts,emotions??? This is helpful for determining what is going on "behind the curtain".
