A bit about me:
I've been considered overweight for most of my life. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. My battle with weight has been such an obstacle, at times preventing me from leaving the house, or causing me to wear a winter uniform during summer while I was still at school (so I would be more covered up and no one would see my legs or arms or neck), or being bullied and having no friends at an all-girls school when I was 5. I've been on and off diets, binged 'til it made me feel sick and abandoned many exercise programs because I just felt too self-conscious. I managed to lose quite a bit of weight during my last year at school (about 15kg), due to stress, but this naturally has piled back on. I've been lucky enough to lose quite a bit of cm and about 7.5kg in the last 3 months thanks to healthy eating (part time!) and exercise, but I've realised it's time to get serious. My 21st birthday is on the 8th of January, a few months away, and I REFUSE to hide away in photos anymore!

My ultimate goal is to weigh 56kg, but right now I'm just focusing on getting to 60kg, which means I have 8.5kg to lose.

My Goals:
I'd like to weigh 58kg by my 21st birthday :)


My Program:
I eat 6 small meals a day, averaging between 100-400 calories each, and try not to exceed 1200 calories a day. I also have a workout program which consists of 3 cardio sessions (30 minutes each) a week, as well as 3 strength training sessions (30 minutes each) a week. I weigh and measure myself every Monday, and I also have a Facebook group to track my progress.

I love reading, baking, cooking and I'm trying to learn how to sew. I am a student, in my second year of studying through correspondence.
