Can you relate? So many times I have stumbled in my journey to become healthy and fit. A weekend splurge encourages me to throw in the towel for the entire week. That only leaves me struggling harder to get back on track the next week. I have room for improvement in my life... spiritually, ...

Can you relate? So many times I have stumbled in my journey to become healthy and fit. A weekend splurge encourages me to throw in the towel for the entire week. That only leaves me struggling harder to get back on track the next week. I have room for improvement in my life... spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
I'm learning to think before I act, smile before I speak, and tie my tongue before I listen. This journey we are all on is a magical one, and I intend to enjoy and appreciate every minute (even the difficult times). I am taking the steps needed to be happy, confident, and satisfied.

I want to feel good about myself... physically and emotionally. No specific number, no certain size. Just confident and loving life. That's my goal.

I am just starting to figure out what works and what doesn't with my lifestyle/schedules/commitments/family.
For a while, I stuck with my regiment and (surprise) actually lost weight and toned up. That was a few years ago. Today, I'm lucky if I take the stairs. But that's all about to change...
