Introduction Text I can feel it, the shift is happening! I am making a lifestyle change. Working out for the endorphin kick and health benefits (Not to mention body shape) Doing it small changes at a time because this needs to be the last time! Believing is seeing and I can do all things with God who strengthens me.

My Goals are to lose weight so I can be a healthier, positive, and more energetic me! I want to be a great role model for my kids. Walk my first half marathon in 4:00 or under! DONE! First in 3:22, Second in 3:06!! Lose 10 pounds! DONE down almost 18 lbs. Lose 25 pounds! DONE 2/25/13 Be in the 140's by my 40th birthday next May!!!

Counting and logging my food. Smaller portions with sips between bites. Exercise and work up to doing intervals mixed with strength training. Sleep! 8+ water daily 5+freggies daily
