    Wanted to thank you for suggesting a personal trainer (on the JAX-St. Augustine post a couple of weeks back). My niece also started endorsing your suggestion and I finally started using one a little over a week ago. I am already getting past some of my old "injury" restrictions through focused strength exercises and he thinks that within a month I can train in a more conventional manner.

    So, I just wanted you to know that you made a difference in my health! Thanks again....I know my family thanks you, too.

    The exercise is just right. Track your food with the calerie counter to keep yourself honest and you are right on schedule for your wedding. A pound per week (easily do-able with your workout schedule and a proper diet) and you are a couple pounds under 190 as you walk down the aisle. Good luck.

    Thanks bebe!!! Hopefully when I schedule my dress fitting I will need to have it taken in. It was tight when I bought it. :)
