My pledge/oath to my teammates:

I do solemnly pledge:

that I will do my best to eat healthy and within my calorie range,
that I will exercise to the best of my ability,
that I will watch my portions and avoid mindless eating,
that I will avoid or limit unhealthy foods,
that I will try to get enough sleep,
that I will stretch myself out of my comfort zone,
that I will always try to make healthy choices even when stressed,
that if I slip, I will get back on track with the very next opportunity,
that I will keep a CAN DO attitude, or ask for Help,
and that I will support my fellow team mates

Because I am a Sparker
And every Spark has the heart of a hero.

Fitness Minutes: 66,256

My Goals:
Long term: to eventually lose 75 pounds.

Short term: 10 pounds. 1- 2 pounds per week. I think this is very doable. The only thing is...I need a buddy(ies) for support.

My Program:
1200 to 1550 calories.

Walk for at least 30 minutes or do a WATP DVD every day.

I exercise 6 days a week, alternating cardio and toning.

Personal Information:
I'm 65 years young and a widow going on 4 yrs now. I have 4 great kids who are all out on there own with families of their own. They've blessed us with 10 grandchildren. As my hubby said, "They're God's gift to you for not killing your kids." Ha ha!

I'm originally from Phila., Pa. I live in southern Louisiana now, where the food is AWESOME!

Other Information:
I like to read, knit and play games either on my computer or my iPhone.
Hopefully one day I'll even LOVE exercising!

HI Donna!! How are you? Has life returned back to the latest "normal"? LOL Hey it's anything but normal, but we know Jehovah has this.

I broke my toe back on the 25th of July. It's the pinkie one normally NO BIGGIE, but I did a number on it. I'll find out on Weds if it needs surgery. My foot Dr normally really holds WAY BACK on thinking of surgery, so likely since he said it, and its still hurting badly (in an air boot) likely I'll not be surprised. A former pioneer partner had broken her collarbone a few weeks before that. She also has to see her Dr that day to find out if she too is going to be going into surgery. So we set up our appointments a half hour apart since LOL where we both go,, are next door to each other. Likely she's also headed into surgery. I'll be shocked if she's not though there's a slight chance her pain is from the ribs she broke. Likely a combo, but her collar bone is snapped in half.

I had a GREAT WEEK to rest up as I am still recovering from the SIBO, but I think issue has been greatly helped by the antibiotic. THANKFULLY!! There's still some pain, the bloating hasn't at all changed, so I am not sure if it worked or not. But WOOHOO on the progress!!!

    Catch me up!! Hugs,, Diane
