I seem to have been at Sparkpeople.com for such a long time. I have had moments of clarity about my weight, my eating habits and about the things that motivate me. I have learned many new things about taking care of myself by eating healthy, balanced meals and makig fitness a part of my life. I also discovered that I give up on me long before others and I am harder on me than others. I have come to understand that it is not a choice that I have as to whether or not I want to be here. It has become a matter of life that I remain here and continue to take this journey one step at a time. There is no possible success for me if I turn back or stop. I can give in, give up or give it my all.

This will not be easy. But I will not give up.

My Goals:
Ultimately I want to lose 100 pounds. I want to be able to move without pain. I want to be able to shop in the non-plus size department.

I would like to reach a point where healthy food choices are automatic.


My Program:
BLC
Cardio 3 times per week
Strength training 2 times wkly
Eat within my calorie range, limiting processed foods and carbohydrates. Track food 5 days per week.
Post with team 3-5 times per week.
Starting weight 280.4;
short term goal: 250; long term goal: 160



Personal Information:
I grew up in New York City. I then moved to Boston/Cambridge. I am a divorced mother of two adult daughters, one fur baby, a Maltese.

    We can do this together i understand about the knees.....but there are some equipment where it not to hard on the knees...I have bad knees also so my personal trainer knows and works around it....you can do this let me help in any way possible thanks
