    Good Morning my friend,

Thank you for the water bottle goodie. I really need to get on the water intake for sure.

Thank you for the really nice comment about my pictures and post about where I live. I love where we live although I might not favor my new neighbor and thier music taste.. ;)

How is your neighbor doing now? Is she diabetic? This might be part of my problem is that I am diabetic. Being laid up is not been doing well as all I want to eat is sweet stuff. Chocolate is my weakness. I had my A1c checked as it has been the 6 months I just felt that my levels were off and that it had gone up. Sure enough it has gone from a 6.1 to a 6.6. I am still under the non-diabetic level which is anything over 7.0 is diabetic. I still don't need to take medication still as I did at one point 3 years ago after my mom passed away. I was 7.1 so I was over but I felt that I had done well being pre-diabetic for over 30 years. I do take a trulicity injection once a week. It is not insulin but it helps with the diabetes. He said that I could go off of it 6 months ago but he would like me to stay on it as it helps with the weight issues too.So for now I am staying with it. I feel that I really need to now I do not want it climbing anymore.

The sweet yogurt I just had isn't helping it. Ugh!

Also thank you so much for always thinking of me and keeping me in your prayers. I hope that my foot heals up too.

How are you doing at the gym? You must be so proud of your sons. They are really doing great with their careers.

Time to wake up the teenager for his studies. He is taking a concurrent college course through the high school that requires 9 hours of study per week. He hasn't done it yet so we will see if he gets up..

    Love, Laughter and Hugs,
