I am a 38 year old wife and mother, that is determined to get healthy to be around for her family. A lot of things have changed over the past year since I was last here but things are about to change.
I am a 38 year old wife and mother, that is determined to get healthy to be around for her family. A lot of things have changed over the past year since I was last here but things are about to change.

Fitness Minutes: 3,000

My Goals:
My goals are to learn to eat healthier, excercise more, laugh and love more! I want to be around my family for a long time to come!

My Program:
 I do cardio 3 times a week, strength the other 3 days. I keep my calories under 1500 each day and watch my fat grams. I am down to 1 diet soda a day and NO fast food!!


Personal Information:
I was raised in south GA and love small town life. I love spending time with my family. In my spare time (what little I have) I enjoy reading, scrap booking
