Introduction Text I am a 40 year old mom to two beautiful girls and I work full time as a labor and delivery nurse. I quit smoking 6 years ago and gained weight by not exercising regularly and eating whatever I wanted. Now that I have kicked one bad habit, it is time to work on being more active and eating healthier. I completed the C25k program 2 years ago and ran my first 5k that September. Since then, I have allowed myself to fall off the wagon. I would love to be a fit person. When I exercise, I feel better about myself and my mood improves. Feel free to add me as a spark friend. It is fun to meet new people and it helps to know I am not alone in my struggles.

1) complete the C25K plan 2) complete 2 more 5ks this year. 3) lose 20 pounds this year 4) decrease my sugar/sweets intake 5) increase my water intake 6) make healthier food decisions



I am originally from Mississippi but I moved to Alabama in 2010.

I am a huge New Orleans Saints fan. Who Dat!!!
