My Goals:
Long term my goal is to lose 71 lbs by the end of March 2018.

My Program:
My goal is some physical activity every day. Most days it is either Hip Hop Abs or treadmill/gazelle. I'm trying to add in strength training here and there.

My lifestyle change with food includes limited refined sugar and carbs. I've made the decision that nothing is "off limits" is just limited to what I find worth it.

...for the first time in ten years. My mom had stopped coming to our house because we had a dog and she has a phobia, even though we could have boarded the dog. I won't tell you how resentful I can get about that. Anyway, we're all on good terms now.
