    Thank you for commenting on my update yesterday (about celebrating my 5th year at my WWGoal-- you asked how do I stay at goal.

    I still weigh and measure my food and I track it. Even when I eat the house, I track it. It goes on my app and in my 12 week paper journal. It works! I'm someone that has always started gaining weight the moment I walk away from WW, or Jenny Craig or Dr. Adkins.... or my own good intentions. So I know what does NOT work, and I know what DOES work-- weighing, measuring and tracking my food as I eat it. Even when I have 65 points on an eating binge.

    I squeeze the orange and just use the juice and water. I know squeezing the orange is less healthy but i still think natural sugars are ok. I rather make it delicious with fruit and drink it everyday rather than it being super healthy with no fruits
