My Goals:
I was a small person as a child - always a size 8. I want that body back!

My Program:
 walk during breaks @ work, start taking the stairs (4 flights), water, water, water, gym, gym, gym, get more sleep, positive self appraisal.


Personal Information:
I'm a wife and mother of two kids and two puppies. I work outside the home. I workout at the gym as much as life will allow me.
