My Goals:
I'm 5' 3" and think I would be healthy at about 140 lbs.

My Program:
 Currently as of April 6, 2010, taking a Phen/ Pro combo (phentermine 37.5 mg and prozac 10 mg) under supervision of my dr

Lots of water

Fiber- 30+ grams

Calories- 1200-1500

Indoboarding/ Wii- 30 min-3 hours per day

walking- 20 min- 2 hrs per day

Meditate- 10+ minutes daily

Stretching-15 minutes 2 x daily

    Somehow I missed your message from the end of April. But when I saw it I decided to check out your sparkpage. You are a dynamo! And I was fascinated by your name. It caught my attention because my maiden name was Fix. In fact, my Dad moved from Burbank, Ca to Nebraska and when my folks met, and he found out that my Mom was also a Fix, well, the rest is history and I had two sets of Grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins all named Fix. Wild, eh? Congratulations on your success! And good luck with the eye problem. I hope they can resolve it for you.
