The challenges promote a healthy lifestyle and If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. RE: pudding mix. I have tried that too, and it hasn't worked, but I think it is because you are supposed to use the INSTANT pudding mix, according to the article. I am going to try it soon, if you do before I do, please share the results. I figure it is Jello-brand instant pudding, what other commercial brand could it be? Will use almond or soy milk to find out. 1365 days ago
