Introduction Text Enter some information to describe yourself here. Good morning. I am a 70-year-old diabetic. I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life and with my health the last 20 years. I underwent 5 bypass surgery 4 years ago and unbelievable as that may seem, it helped my health. I am less out of breath and really try to exercise 3 days a week. I love the Lord and serve Him 3 days a week and whenever I can. I am married to the greatest guy in the world and because he was just diagnosed with Parkinson's and because my knees are 70 years old, we are moving from our tri-level home to a villa with everything we need on one floor. This week has been great with Spark people. I've lost some weight and done all my challenges. We close on our new house today so there may be days in the next few weeks when I don't have computer access but I'll catch up.

To lose 20 pounds by the end of the year. To exercise every day, even if just 10 minutes

Eat healthy - be happy with my accomplishments - be upbeat - exercise. Also be patient.
