Hi my name is Morgan and my goal is to get in shape and stay healthy before I turn 20. Since my birthday is November 12 I believe I have set a good goal for a steady weight loss plan.

Now I am nervous and scared that I can't do this however I know that if I really try than I can. Many people have said I am not fat but I am over for my height and weight range. Plus I am 19 there is no reason for me to have extra unneeded weight. Also I want to stop looking in the mirror and hating my body.

So with everyone's help and finally setting this goal, I will be able to loose this weight and get healthy!


I just saw a really awesome idea:
To reward myself every time I lose every 5 pounds something small, 10 pounds I'm going to get something medium, and once I finally reach my goal weight something BIG!

starting weight:
180 (wow I hate admitting that)
175 - A new piece of jewelry.
170 - Pedicure.
165 - New movie.
160 - New shoes.
155 - New hair thing.
150 - All out date with my boyfriend.
145 - I'm going shopping!

I thought I'd explain the 3 pictures on my page:

1: is me with this wonderful camper and my buddy Chris. I picked this one because I look really happy and my face looks awesome. It looks healthy, clean, and I love that. This is taken in Orkney Springs, VA and coming back from camp I had lost 10 pounds from constantly walking and moving. However I have gained back those 10 pounds from collage. (2010)

#2: is myself and two of my closest friends, Trish (right) and Meaghan (left). We are all counselors at this amazing camp for kids with special and physical needs. We are having so much fun being crazy that I never noticed how much larger I look. I hate how the dress goes out and around my stomach like I'm a humpty dumpty! I felt huge this whole year. (2009)

#3: is myself at the beginning of my freshmen year in college. I look amazing! I had just lost the ten pounds from camp and I had been going to the school's gym. I loved how I looked in this picture because I was finally starting to loose weight and I looked good. But then winter hit and om nom nom I ate everything in sight. Something about winter makes me want to eat more, maybe it's because I'm inside but it still sucks. (2010-2011)

Fitness Minutes: 190

My Goals:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Get more sleep.
Workout at least 10 minutes everyday, and 30-60 minutes 3X a week.
STOP DRINKING SODA!
Reward my self once a week.
Have fun while doing this!
And lastly: achieve my goal weight before I turn 20!

Hi, my name is Morgan. I have a goal to be in shape and healthy before I turn 20. It's really hard for me to loose weight, all the women in my family are very curvy and I have yet to anyone keep of the weight. I would like to be the first. I hate the starting point of working out but once I'm working out I enjoy it and eating healthy its tough for me because I love sweets.

I believe I can do this but I need a lot of help.
I want to be a kick-ass 20 year old film student who looks good! I can do it!
