Kickin it up Montana Style
Hi, I'm a single mother of a 7 year old daughter. I quit smoking in 2002, went through a divorce, hit my 40's, etc. I'm just tired of feeling bad physically and emotional ( when I look in the mirror). I know I have a proportionally correct body in there and I'm going to find it again. I also want my daughter to grow up with health eating habits with junk food as an occasional rather than constant junk with a healthy occasional. I quit smoking in 2002, went through a divorce, hit my 40's, etc. I'm just tired of feeling bad physically and emotional ( when I look in the mirror). I know I have a proportionally correct body in there and I'm going to find it again. I also want my daughter to grow up with health eating habits with junk food as an occasional rather than constant junk with a healthy occasional. I feel so good when I do the strenght training too, to do the exercises and feel the muscles that are working and knowing I'm making muscle to burn the fat.

I want to become more physically fit and lose weight and be able to keep it off. Also learn proper nutrition.
My Program:
I do cardio and strength training every week day. I alternate muscle groups so I'm not working the same ones everyday. I love kickboxing, it burns a ton of calories. On weekends I relax with Yoga.

Roasted brussel sprouts are easy. Just half the sprouts, put in pyrex, drizzle with olive oil, lightly salt and pepper, stick in oven til done. Easy peasy!
