i have tried multiple diets, have problems with binge eating and i lack excersice most of the time. i am new and i want to stick through this lifestyle change once and for all. no fad diets anymore but a simple low calorie plan with healty choices and i will incorporate some excersice into my life at least 5 days out of the week. i thought i had to starve myself to lose weight but while following one of the 1400/1500 calorie plans sparkpeople provides i discovered that i could eat all day and be fully satisfied by making the right choices.

i am back again and decided not to change my previous intro for motivation. i went off my diets and kept eating my emotions and justifying my eating habits with all the daily stress involved in my life. yesterday i had to buy some pants for work because we changed from blue to black and i realized that i cannot continue letting myself down. currently at a size 17/18 on dress pants i am determined to make the change and work towards a 7/8 pants size. i know i can do it!

My Goals:
To be fit and look good for my family and my self. i want to be able to walk up several stairs without feeling out of breath after the first 5 steps. I want to be able to teach my children good eating habits and fitness.

My Program:
I am following a reduced calorie plan with low amounts of red meat. I am ending my relationship with carbonated drinks and I am finally getting off the coach and moving. I cannot say goodbye to pastries just yet but I am rewarding myself after i achieve a certain point to half a piece of cake instead of a whole cake.
