    Hi there! I'm playing catch up and just now saw your message on my page. My baby boy was born November 20 and I too am now back and ready to get on track again. I have some extra baby weight to lose but it is SO worth it. I've missed my buddies here...glad to see you're still sparking!

    I did 4 days of 30 DS in a row and then the 5th day I was really sick so I didn't do it and I haven't done it for 4 days but I'm doing it today since I'm feeling better. I felt so sore each day after the shred but I love it! I didn't track my food while I was sick so I didn't eat the best. I'm ready to get back on track today though. I haven't been running at all. Good job on your 3 mile run! My husband ran 5 miles last night and it was the first time he ran since his marathon at the beginning of October. He said it was hard after not running for so long. Are you planning on doing any races in the new year?

    Hey how are you doing? I just bought the 30 Day shred and I've done two days and I'm SO sore!!! Did you do a full 30 days of it? My plan is to do it for 30 days and track my food for 30 days and not weigh myself for the 30 days. I hope I get some good results!! Have a great day!!

    I like the background on your page. That's good that you're still running...I don't have a race to train for but I'm still running 3 miles twice a week and 4-6 miles once a week to keep my running up. Don't really know what I should be doing now that I'm not training. Thank-you! I'm getting addicted to these half marathons....a lady at my first half marathon told me to watch out...the half marathons are addictive! lol That's great that you were running up to 6 miles! I feel like the first mile is the hardest. Keep up the good work!
