Introduction Text It's 2015 and I spent the past few months doing a whole lot of nothing! I was doing good working out an hour a day and then the holidays came and I just stopped. I had completed the 9-week Les Mills Combat program, which I loved, and then decided to start it over. BIG MISTAKE! I couldn't get into it for a 2nd go-round, and I got bored and just stopped working out. I am now doing a Les Mills Combat/Pump hybrid program, but plan on mixing things up if I get bored or just need a change. As long as I keep moving, I'll be fine!

My goal is to live a healthier life.

I was going to the gym, but stopped in the beginning of the summer. I'll be working on different SparkPeople challenges to keep motivated.
